Marty’s career has been defined by her relentless focus on results for her clients, her agency and her community. She single-handedly led Fahlgren Mortine’s regional expansion into a new market where her efforts have grown the business organically and through acquisitions. Under her leadership, the firm’s tourism practice has grown to a top-five tourism PR firm in five years. Marty remains an active community leader, speaker, teacher, mentor and volunteer — all while creating nationally recognized, world-class campaigns for her clients.

Working closely with CEO Neil Mortine, Marty played a critical role in the recent acquisition of a leading tourism, lifestyle and digital communications firm Turner PR, which has offices in Denver and New York. She now leads integration and new business development efforts for the nationally ranked top-five tourism PR practice, creating opportunities for shared resources including trans-media strategy, operations and best practices. In just eight months together, Fahlgren Mortine and wholly owned subsidiary, Turner PR, have flourished under Marty’s leadership adding seven new clients to the global portfolio, including Boise Convention and Visitors Bureau, Bermuda Tourism Authority and the Wyoming Office of Tourism.
