  • Ogilvy PR Worldwide acquires the California public affairs shop Deen + Black (with offices in Sacramento, San Francisco, San Diego and L.A.), which will now operate under
    the Ogilvy name. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founders Robert Deen and Christi Black will report to Marcia Silverman, Ogilvy PR's president of the Americas, as will the
    acquired agency's third partner, Alicia Ritter.
