LeFile.com, a Web site offering information on best practices in corporate Web sites, is opening a competition to identify the Top 10 investor relations sites for 2002. The SEC
is encouraging companies to post more IR info on company sites and recently announced that it may require corporations to post significant financial announcements on their Web
sites at the same time they are released to the media and filed with the commission. William Dupuy, editor and publisher of LeFile.com, says the timing for the competition is
