A nominating committee of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) named nominees for 1997 PRSA officers. The nominees are: president-elect--Mary Cusick, vice president/corporate communications, Bob Evans Farms Inc. [BOBE], Columbus, Ohio; treasurer--Samuel Waltz Jr., president, Sam Waltz & Associates Counsel, Wilmington, Del.; and secretary--Stephen Pisinski, managing director, The Montgomery Group, San Francisco.
Nominees will be voted on by the PRSA Assembly on Nov. 9 during PRSA's annual conference in St. Louis. If confirmed, the officers terms begin Jan. 1, 1997. The current president-elect, Debra Miller, associate professor at Florida International University, Miami, begins her term as president at that time, also. (PRSA, 212/995-2230)
