Corporate leaders have overcome their initial misgivings about the potential administrative and financial burdens of complying with Sarbanes-Oxley, according to the seventh annual Corporate Reputation Watch (CRW) released Sept. 20 by Hill & Knowlton.
The survey, which took the pulse of senior executives in top international firms throughout North America, found that managers have been taking SOX in stride. So far.
