Jack Felton, president-CEO of The Institute for Public Relations (IPR) since 1995, will step down at the end of 2004. IPR plans to form a governance committee to review the
organization's leadership needs in anticipation of Felton's departure. Felton has been recognized with numerous industry awards, the latest being the Arthur W. Page Society's
Distinguished Service Award in 2002.
