Bloomberg, PR Newswire, Join Forces

In the effort to help companies comply with Regulation Fair Disclosure, Bloomberg L.P. and PR Newswire are rolling out a joint Webcast and communications service. The new
offering, called Bloomberg VOICE, will enable subscribing companies to push out earnings reports and other important data through Bloomberg sites which get 7.2 million unique
visitors per month. PR Newswire Webcasting since noticed a 138% increase in Webcasts 4th Q 2000, after Reg FD went into affect, according to VP of Investor Relations Michelle
