WIRES MAKE PHOTO MOVES

PR Newswire (PRN), New York, signed an agreement with Feature Photo Service, New York. Under terms of the deal, photos moved by PR Newswire will be distributed to photo desks at 600 U.S. newspapers over the Associated Press' (AP) PhotoExpress network. Additionally, PR Newswire photos will be stored in the database of NewsCom, a photo and text database used by journalists.
Business Wire (BW), San Francisco, now is posting the photos it moves over its wire service on its Web page, at http://www.businesswire.com. The wire also announced an expansion of its distribution over the A.P. PhotoExpress network, to reach 500 media outlets.
