PUBLIC AFFAIRS LEADER SOUGHT

The Public Affairs Council (PAC), Washington, D.C., has engaged executive search firm Heyman Associates, New York, to find a replacement for its president, Ray Hoewing, who is retiring next April. In the top slot since 1988, Hoewing has been with the group since 1962.

Details on the compensation package that might be offered are confidential, according to a Council spokesperson.
