Apple CEO Tim Cook explains why his company doesn't want to make a "phablet" (basically a smart phone with a large screen). Speaking at the All Things D Digital Conference, Cook said that there were too many trade-offs when it comes to the super screen smartphones, such as diminished battery life.
At the same conference, Cook made headlines by saying that Google Glasses won't catch on because they are ugly. We’ll see.
