Burson-Marsteller -- PR veteran Bob Finlayson is named
president-CEO of the agency's Northern California operations.
Finlayson, who will be based in San Francisco, will drive new
business and client services, primarily among technology-oriented
clients. Prior to joining Burson, Finlayson served as a senior
advisor and counselor to several technology companies, including
Microsoft, Sony and TiVo.

Hill & Knowlton -- Tim Scerba (ex-Edelman) is tapped to
serve as General Manager of Hill & Knowlton Mexico. He'll
report to Antonio Tamayo, president of Hill & Knowlton
Mexico.

Holland America Line Inc. -- Hilda Cullen is named manager of
public relations. She'll report to Rose Abello, VP/public
relations...Meanwhile, Holland America subsidiary Windstar Cruises
names Sarah Scoltock (ex-Northwest Marine Trade Association,
producer of the Seattle Boat Show), manager of public relations. In
addition to managing PR for Windstar, Scoltock will organize
special events, coordinate media visits and press trips and create
press materials.

Ketchum -- The agency has added three new partners to its
management team: Rob Lorfink, chief financial officer; Susan
Molinari, president, public affairs and chairman/CEO, The
Washington Group and J. Adaire Putnam, director, Ketchum Midwest
(comprised of the agency's Chicago and Pittsburgh offices).

Porter Novelli -- Fernando Figueredo is named director of the
agency's Latin American region. Figuerego, who will be based in Ft.
Lauderdale, FL, also will serve as general manager of that office
and handle client services and business development efforts.

RLM Public Relations -- David Feder (ex-Frankfurt Balkind) joins
the firm as Senior VP/Director of Client Services. He'll be based
in RLM's New York and Los Angeles offices. Marching orders: expand
RLM nationally and oversee major client account teams.

Torme Lauricella -- Deborah Lauricella has been named partner
and president of San Francisco-based independent marketing and PR
firm, formerly known as Torme & Co. Lauricella has partnered
with Margaret Torme to evolve the agency into and an employee owned
and operated business.

Weber Shandwick -- Barbara Box has been named president of the
agency's New York and Chicago healthcare practices. Box joins Weber
from sister agency, Golin/Harris International, where she was
executive VP/worldwide director of the healthcare practice.

West Glen Communications -- Karen Manfredi (ex-Leeman
Communications) joins the firm as Director of Broadcast Services.
She'll direct the company's strategic, placement and distribution
services for broadcast news programs.
