PR GROUP TO LOOK AT ‘NET

The Institute for Public Relations Research and Education (IPRRE) formed a study group to address the public relations implications of the Internet--particularly the Web. Don Bates, executive vice president of Sumner Rider & Associates, New York, will chair the study group for IPRRE, which is based at the University of Florida, Gainesville. The group will identify examples of successful and unsuccessful applications, with a report anticipated this year. (IPRRE, 352/392-0280; Sumner Rider, 212/661-5300)
