Software solutions company Capitol Hill Software has changed its name to Vocus, Inc. And that's not all. In two weeks, the firm plans to introduce a comprehensive, Web-based service featuring customized tracking options and a media database with more than 160,000 contacts. The service will cost $2,000 annually per seat.
