MARKETING OPPS: CUSTOMIZED RADIO SPOTS PROMOTE HEALTHY TIPS

A new radio network partnership is producing "healthy tips" radio spots that healthcare advertisers can customize on a regional or national basis. Earlier this month, America's Health Network and Katz Dimensions, a subsidiary of Katz Media Group, launched a marketing program that will provide entertaining and informative healthy living information for a wide range of categories. Topics include disease management, exercise and nutrition and smoking cessation. The spots will target various demographic markets, including Hispanics, African-Americans and young adults.
