It’s O-fficial!

It's too soon to pitch Hearst's new Oprah Winfrey magazine, according to spokeswoman Jill Davidson. O, the Oprah Magazine will launch April 17.

"We're still getting the editors in place," she says, adding that Editor-in-Chief Ellen Kunes and her staff are fine-tuning the magazine, which will launch with a distribution of 850,000. The title aims to connect with women, focusing on advice, spirituality, beauty, fashion, health and fitness.
