Traditionally thought of as a print and imaging company, Ricoh is transitioning to a services-led technology company that provides management and workforce solutions like IT support, managed document services and more. Developed in tandem with Weber Shandwick, WorkIntelligent.ly was designed to establish Ricoh as a leader in the space by providing unbiased, educational and relevant content to a target audience of strategic and IT decision makers – Ricoh’s key sales demographic.

Content is broken down into three major topic areas: technology, information management and workstyle innovation. Visitors who come to the site find content that helps them navigate the changing world of work – from the business apps they should download for their phone, to how to better manage stress at work, to what businesses can do to prepare for life after Windows XP. To put it simply, the site helps people work intelligently.

Utilizing a daily publishing model, WorkIntelligent.ly features a cadre of well-established writers, comprised of former journalists and editors who have worked for leading publications like Network World, CIO.com, Lifehacker and more. Their daily content is supplemented and supported by longer featured pieces from Ricoh’s subject matter experts, adding significant value to the site and reinforcing the company as a thought leader. The site also features other high-value content, including infographics, webinars and guest posts from key influencers.

The site, which launched in November 2013, has been a smashing success as it reached over 1 million views in 72 days and 3 million unique views in less than 4 months. It has an average monthly volume growth of 83% in less than 6 months, with over 5.2 million visits since the launch of the site in November 2013.
