Marianne Eisenmann leads the research division of Chandler Chicco Companies, a global healthcare specialty public relations agency. Marianne is an advocate of communications research with a proven track record in helping clients incorporate knowledge, through research, into the planning process. Her work ensures strategic support for public relations program planning, measurement and evaluation using the latest research practices for clients, including the leading global pharmaceutical companies.

A thought leader in her field, Marianne was the lead author on the recently published standards for media analysis, a market-driven initiative to provide guidelines for consistent, comparable data for PR measurement. Marianne developed the Measuring Engagement and TRacking Influencer Communications [METRIC] Model, an award-winning approach to measuring relationships. Marianne was included in PharmaVOICE's 2012 list of the "100 Most Inspiring People" in the life sciences industry. Marianne is a frequent author, contributing to publications such as Communique, IPRA Frontline and PRSA Tactics as well as a presenter at events for organizations such as the PRSA, International Public Relations Research Conference (IPRRC), PRWeek and PR News.

She is a member of the Measurement Commission of the Institute for Public Relations and a member of the IPRA United Nations Department of Information Advisory Group.
