Jennifer has been with Navy Federal for over twenty years. Her current responsibilities include managing the strategic plan and daily operations of the Corporate Social Media Program for the credit union. Before assuming her present position, she has held a variety of management positions at Navy Federal - in areas such as: Information Technologies, Debt Card Program, Management Engineering and Corporate Communications. In this capacity, she oversaw all aspects of the credit union public relations and advocacy communications as well as executive management and CEO speaking engagements.
Before joining Navy Federal, Jennifer worked at Sallie Mae in the Education Loan Technology Division launching the Virginia Pre-Paid Program, Intranet for employees and other student loan initiatives.
