With expertise in brand strategy, corporate reputation management and client engagement, Danielle Wuschke is a trusted counselor to major professional services and technology organizations around the world. She serves a lead role in the Publicis One initiative, ensuring Groupe clients receive the best mix of integrated, marketing communications services from the holding company’s agency portfolio.
Wuschke—who arrived at MSLGROUP’s Boston office in February 2016—set up a practice/sector model focused on financial technology, healthcare, consumer, corporate, cybersecurity, technology and social to lift up the team’s strong subject matter expertise and repackage and position its expertise that resonates with clients and prospects.
She organized a Media Services team of crackerjack media relations practitioners who are now working across the Agency on integrated engagements; created a Content team of ninjas ready to pounce and deliver on complex writing assignments; and instituted a weekly editorial meeting to share ideas and stretch creative capacity to support collective storytelling efforts for the client portfolio. This also included restructuring the physical configuration of the office to break down cube walls and bring in a more open space concept to get management and account staff working side-by-side and collaborating on a more regular basis.
She also formed a New Business team, bringing bright, junior millennial superstars on board for the first time to learn a process that is yielding immediate results in organic growth and new account wins. She refocused efforts on client engagement to build out a Client Engagement team focused on deepening existing client relationships and cultivating organic growth.
