Outside of work, Bhava organizes fun activities including movie nights, bowling, happy hours, potlucks and a book club. Bhava sponsors a quarterly themed party for employees and their family and friends—the most recent being the Bhava Luau, replete with a barbecue, musicians, a photo booth and a signature drink.
Bhavans are total foodies, and Bhava keeps a fully stocked kitchen with snacks like fresh fruit and trail mix as well as ingredients to assemble a full meal. There are always many options for Bhavans with dietary restrictions, including gluten-free and vegetarian alternatives. In addition to a plethora of do-it-yourself meal options, this year, Bhava began a Work Lunch Wednesday program, providing an office-wide lunch each week sourced from local restaurants.
Bhava encourages employees to live an active lifestyle and offers a state-of-the-art private on-site gym featuring cardio equipment, free weights, resistance machines, a yoga studio and shower facilities. Bhava’s commitment to fitness extends beyond the onsite facilities, offering employees a weekly yoga class, group fitness classes and full membership at a local gym. In the past year, Bhavans organized three workout challenges with prizes and team lunches to encourage everyone to reach personal fitness goals.
