As a research strategist at General Motors, Jackie Matthews is known for her imaginative use of research to draw attention to what matters to business success. Jackie has been providing research-based strategic counsel at General Motors for more than a decade. She is responsible for the execution of both internal and external research surveys, media measurement and analysis and integration with the larger GM Market Research team. A data geek at heart, Jackie embraces the challenge inherent in using data to move strategic plans forward. Having worked on both the client side and at several market research companies during her 20-plus year research career, she draws on her experience as she continues to push the envelope on PR measurement and analysis. Recently honored as a 2012 PR News Measurement Hall of Fame inductee, Jackie also is an elected member of the IPR Commission on PR Measurement & Evaluation.
