As national vice president of corporate development at SAP NS2, Cherreka Montgomery works with the intelligence community, Department of Defense and systems integrators to understand their unique mission requirements. Prior to joining SAP NS2, Cherreka had more than 17 years of experience in assessing the effectiveness of federal programs in the U.S. and abroad. Most recently, she was a public affairs officer within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), where she served as the principal media spokesperson for the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA), a research arm of the ODNI.

Previously, Cherreka served in the State Department as director of evaluation and measurement in the Office of the Under Secretary for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs, where she led a newly established unit in developing performance measurement instruments and supervising independent evaluations of the department's public diplomacy activities. Cherreka was nominated for the State Department's Franklin Award for her leadership in spearheading a groundbreaking pilot study to assess the impact of the U.S. government's public diplomacy activities and programs on global audiences.

Cherreka has worked on initiatives to improve the lives of women and their families in developing countries, including Afghanistan; to reduce women's and girls' vulnerability to HIV/AIDS; to end child marriage in developing countries; and to improve the effectiveness of federally funded development assistance programs.
