Winner: Moet Hennessy USA - Women @ MHUSA Initiative

In 2015, Moet Hennessy USA formed Women @ MHUSA, an employee-based initiative with the goal of providing positive and uplifting resources for women within the organization. The wine and spirits industry is traditionally male-dominated; Women @ MHUSA was developed to support women within the company and offer opportunities to enhance their professional careers. The program is open to all female employees at all levels and offers a variety of events and seminars as well as networking and philanthropic activities.

As part of the program, Moet Hennessy partnered with Dress for Success, a global organization that supports women as they transition into the workforce by providing work-appropriate attire and mentorship programs. Moet Hennessy hosted a national clothing drive in every office around the country. This resulted in the donation of over 120 outfits, helping Dress for Success members excel in their current careers and/or embark on new ones. Going beyond internal initiatives, the company continues to sponsor the Women of the Vine and Spirits Global Symposium. This three-day event fosters camaraderie by cultivating valuable relationships with partners that are committed to the advancement of women, ensuring the next generation of women is mentored for leadership roles.
