Teddy Basham-Witherington

Deputy Director
Impact Fund

Teddy began working with the Impact Fund, where he currently serves as deputy director, in October 2014. He spent his first 10 years working as a legal executive in the City of London specializing in non-profit law. A 5-year stint as the executive director of London Gay Pride led to move stateside as executive director of the San Francisco Pride Committee in 1997. Teddy served as executive director of San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus from 2006 – 2012 and then joined Out & Equal Workplace Advocates in June 2012, serving as chief marketing officer, shepherding the annual Workplace Summit – a convention of 2,500 – through Hurricane Sandy in Baltimore.

Teddy was an early adopter of social media for non-profits and considerably established/expanded these efforts at the Chorus, Out & Equal, and at the Impact Fund.
