She has specific experience helping to embed reputation protection deep into an organization's culture and operations through the creation of bespoke crisis communications protocols, risk mitigation strategies and scenario planning. Her work includes the development of comprehensive issues and crisis communications toolkits that dovetail with operational processes and leading crisis communications training sessions and simulations.
