Victor Reiss is currently a manager with FedEx in their corporate communications department where he is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide social and digital strategies and providing social media support for the global regions. He is also responsible for providing project management support for the internal Global Social Business Council.

Prior to his current role, Vic spent several years as marketing manager for the Emerging Markets segment at FedEx, where he was responsible for directing national and local marketing campaigns, and led cross-functional business initiatives to support strategic growth opportunities with women and minority-owned small businesses. He's also well-versed on the agency side, leading digital and experiential campaigns for a military/government client.

Vic's passion for social media is realized personally through his involvement as a community mentor for businesses in Tennesse, Indiana and Washington, D.C., and through his work on his first book aimed at helping small businesses build their digital and social reputations.
