Ben Lincoln is the writing director at GolinHarris in Chicago. He leads an all-star team of writers who help companies tell better stories across earned, owned and shared media channels. Ben creates content and communications strategies for big, beautiful brands like McDonald's, Walmart, Crown Imports and Unilever. He is the inventor of "Brand Voice," a writing model that improves the power of branded words. Ben was a featured speaker at the 2013 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and he regularly hosts writing and editing workshops for clients and staff.
He teaches a business writing course at Columbia College Chicago, chairs the communications committee of the Field Museum's young professionals network and holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Indiana University.
