Working Mother Goes Back to Work

Working Mother magazine is being retooled under new editor Jill Kirschenbaum (who, by the way, is not a mother herself). The pub will have a lighter tone and be more
irreverent, according to Kirschenbaum. Editors will also focus more on workplace issues and target more content at mothers in their 20s, who are looking for the best of both
worlds: a rewarding home life as well as stimulating and rewarding work. The magazine is planning a new initiative - similar to its 100 Best Companies - called Best Companies for
Multicultural Women. Details will be announced in June, and the mag will publish 10 issues in 2002. (Working Mother: [email protected])
