New Visual Entertainment, a broadband transmission technology firm, is celebrating a triumph in the court of reputation … as well as the court of law. The company sued several
defendants who had posted defamatory information regarding New Visual on the Raging Bull message board. An out-of-court settlement was reached last week which includes provisions
barring one defendant from posting messages on any public forum under the pseudonym used for the Red Bull postings or any other pseudonym.
