Join PR News as we bring together a distinguished panel of experts to discuss the most effective ways to turn employees into brand ambassadors. The old rulebook for employee communications no longer applies-in an age of social media, all employees are a window into a brand. PR professionals must develop a new game plan to reenergize overworked employees and disengaged millennials and connect them to their companies' brands.
This PR News Webinar will provide you with the know-how to train and empower employees to deliver excellent customer service, communicate key messages, build brand reputation and contribute to the bottom line. You will learn how to:
- Increase employee engagement to build brand awareness and reputation
- Monitor social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook and corporate blogs to understand what employees are saying about your brand
- Disseminate key messages to employees including off-site workers
- Motivate senior management to be brand ambassadors and lead by example
- Develop templates for brand messages and get your employees to use them
- Motivate employees to connect with customers and clients
- Retain your top talent by keeping them motivated
In this PR News Webinar, our trainers will show you how to develop and execute a communications strategy that will motivate employees to be brand ambassadors. What are the best ways to motivate employees in a time of cutbacks and salary freezes? How can you authentically communicate your company's mission and values to your employees?
Bonus for attending: Receive a copy of PR News' "Communications in an Age of Transparency" survey.

The live audio is delivered to your location over the telephone or your computer speakers. The Power-Point presentations are presented over the Internet and are available to print out before the program. This is like a talk-radio program with visuals on the Web. You and your team will be able to have a live Q&A with all the speakers.
You need Real Player 10, Adobe Flash Player 9 or Windows Media Player 9 installed on your computer. If you do not have either, please follow the instructions below to download and install them. Or if you prefer, a phone for the audio and an Internet connection to let you watch the slides and other information on the Web will suffice. No other downloads or special hardware - a dial-up connection will work fine.
- One (1) set of materials (you may make copies for all of the persons you invited to listen to the program);
- One (1) toll-free connection to the seminar (if you select the audio connection.), and
- One (1) Internet connection to the seminar.
