Senior Manager, Marketing & Public Relations
Jessica Pantages is a senior manager of marketing and public relations at General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, a position she has held since May 2006. In this position, Pantages manages all marketing and public relations activities within the company’s Integrated Space Systems division.
Prior to this role, Pantages was a manager of media and public relations for Advanced Information Systems, overseeing all media relations, website development and community affairs.
Previously, Pantages worked for Ruder Finn Inc. in New York, N.Y. in the consumer marketing group. Her clients included Subaru of America, VF Corporation, Procter and Gamble, McNeil Consumer and Specialty Pharmaceuticals and Healthetech Inc.. She also developed an internal communications branding plan for Oracle Corp., while a member of their internal communications department, as a resident graduate student.
Pantages holds a bachelor's degree in human and organizational development from Vanderbilt University and a master's degree in integrated marketing communications from Northwestern University. She also received a certificate in corporate citizenship from the Center for Corporate Citizenship at Boston College.
In 2006 she was named one of 15 to Watch by PR News, which honors up and coming PR leaders and creative practitioners in the PR industry. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America, International Association of Business Communicators, American Marketing Association, National Investor Relations Institute and Women in Communications. She has held advisory or board positions for local and specialty sections of Women in Communications and the Public Relations Society of America and has been recognized through numerous association awards.
