Jennifer Goodman Horowitz
Assistant Vice President, FD Dittus Communications

Jennifer Goodman HorowitzJennifer Goodman Horowitz brings FD Dittus’ clients more than 10 years of public relations experience and a specialization in business-to-government and business-to-business public relations for technology companies and law firms.

Jennifer leads several account teams on FD Dittus’ Technology and Communications Practice for clients including SAP, Foley & Lardner LLP and L-1 Identity Solutions.

Prior to joining FD Dittus, Jennifer was a director at government communications firm, CorpComm where she ran the Northern Virginia satellite office and oversaw all public relations personnel and client accounts. This included change management communications for enterprise technology programs within the Department of Defense (DoD).

Previously, Jennifer was as an account supervisor at Ketchum for technology and social marketing accounts. Jennifer served as the primary client contact for technology-based corporations such as IBM and PeopleSoft, providing long-term strategic and immediate tactical communication support. Her clients also included Network Solutions, Geek Squad, TANDBERG, the Department of Education, and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Jennifer also served as a senior account supervisor at White & Baldacci PR managing public relations, branding, and integrated marketing campaigns; conducting market research; and participating in new business development. Her clients at White & Baldacci PR included Software AG, Systalex, Mobile Satellite Ventures, JNetDirect, and SevenSpace.

Jennifer’s communications career includes leadership and management roles in the Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) Forum (now Open Mobile Alliance) and Edelman Public Relations’ High-tech Practice, where her clients included Intelsat, PeopleSoft, and ACS Government Solutions Group.

Earlier in her career, Jennifer was a media relations specialist at the legal communications firm, Levick Strategic Communications. At Levick Jennifer’s clients included the law firms of Howrey Simon, Arnold & White and Morrison & Foerster.

Jennifer is a member of the Board of Directors of Literacy Volunteers of the National Capital Area.
