In partnership with the Boston Consulting Group, she developed a culture transformation initiative for Square D Corporation that involved implementation in 22 countries and in seven languages. Based on the principles of “Total Quality Management,” the program involved a Vision College, providing inspiration and training to support the transformation process.
Karlenne’s award-winning work has been recognized by industry organizations such as the Public Relations Society of America, American Marketing Association and International Association of Business Communicators. She also received a special recognition award from the Girl Scouts of America for developing and executing a marketing program designed to recruit new leaders that helped to successfully save 200 troops.
