Esther Steinfeld is the Public Relations Manager for Blinds.com, the largest provider of window treatments on the Internet in the United State and Canada. Esther’s love of Interior Design and “Do-It-Yourself,” paired with her knowledge of Public Relations and Social Marketing have led to the successful conversion of many new customers into customers for life. Over the last three years, Esther’s goal has been to create an emotional experience for customers shopping for window treatments using traditional and non-traditional methods. To her, they are not just functional, but a crucial element of the schematic design of a home. Esther manages the Blinds.com brand on Twitter, authors the Blinds.com blog, The Finishing Touch, and provides DIY and Interior Design content to other blogs and websites. Esther successfully led Blinds.com into the world of Social Marketing, which has helped Blinds.com further establish itself as the authority on window treatments. Esther is the Blinds.com video content creator, writing scripts and performing in dozens of “How To” videos, which show customers product features as well as how to measure and install for every different type of window treatment imaginable. Esther has secured placement in numerous publications and television shows like Reuters.com, Domino Magazine, and The Learning Channel (TLC).

Esther is frequently interviewed about interior design and window treatments. She has also been interviewed for various public relations publications.

Esther recently founded NotAllCEOsAreJerks.com, a site dedicated to highlighting C-level executives who give back to their communities and participate in interesting or fun activities. Not All CEO’s Are Jerks shows good will towards the champions of our Economy, the CEO’s of companies large and small.

Esther is active in the Public Relations and Interactive Marketing communities, attending monthly PRSA and Houson Interactive Marketing Asociation meetings.
