James Wisdom leads Aflac’s New Media team, which was created to drive the strategy, planning, budgeting and execution of Aflac marketing online.
Prior to Aflac, James spent two years as a Web 2.0, social and e-commerce subject matter expert for the Accenture’s multichannel practice. James also led the e-commerce content team at QVC, inventing innovative ways to sell products online and drive customer engagement across channels. While with QVC, James also developed the company’s social strategy, as well as spear-headed three full Web site redesigns, created the online video team, and led numerous other initiatives across the enterprise.
