Accountability and showing ROI make measurement a top priority for PR professionals and communicators, particularly during a troubled economy. Having the tangible results of a campaign’s efforts on hand can be the Holy Grail to increasing your share of the budgetary pie, while securing C-suite buy-in and stakeholder confidence. Leveraged correctly and wisely, integrating and implementing advanced measurement strategies into your communications efforts can also be critical to improving your brand’s reputation, sales and market share.
In PR News Advanced PR Measurement Workshop, we have assembled an expert panel of speakers who will discuss the latest trends and tactics in this area, while providing case studies of effective measurement strategies.
At this 90-minute workshop, we’ll show you how to:
- Integrate PR with marketing, advertising and sales efforts
- Sell research internally: How to react to and override objections
- Measure employee satisfaction and ties to your organization’s reputation
- Measure your reputation internationally
- Prove measurement’s worth to senior management
- Avoid the most common measurement mistakes
- Conduct an effective communications audit
- Evaluate your current measurement tools
- Determine the resources you need to build a measurement program
- How to leverage metrics effectively on a budget
- Measure the impact of a crisis on any stakeholder group, using traditional and nontraditional metrics
- Mix in social media and other Web 3.0 platforms for low-cost, high-impact measurement initiatives.
- Understand where new media measurement fits into the mix, from measuring blogs to social media.
Webinar includes Q&A with all the speakers.

The live audio is delivered to your location over the telephone or your computer speakers. The Power-Point presentations are presented over the Internet and are available to print out before the program. This is like a talk-radio program with visuals on the Web. You and your team will be able to have a live Q&A with all the speakers.
You need Real Player or Windows Media Player installed on your computer. If you do not have either, please follow the instructions below to download and install them. Or if you prefer, a phone for the audio and an Internet connection to let you watch the slides and other information on the Web will suffice. No other downloads or special hardware - a dial-up connection will work fine.
- One (1) set of materials (you may make copies for all of the persons you invited to listen to the program);
