* Fall PR Conference Planned
Seeking to go head-to-head with the Public Relations Society of
America fall conference, Ragan Communications has planned a two-day
"strategic" PR conference for the fall. The Oct. 7-8 conference, the
"1996 Strategic Public Relations Conference," will be held in
association with the International Association of Business
