Track ‘Gen Nexters’ With Campus Notes…

There's been a major brouhaha in media circles lately about where all the young dudes went after falling off the (Nielsen) radar. But just in time for summer promos are reports
that young males are now back in the (media tracking) fold. Whatever. One surefire way to find young guys (and girls) without going crazy (and investing too much capital) is to
target college campuses. That's the intention of Campus Notes, which News Broadcast Network launched late last month.

The program, which offers a total audience of 2.5 million college students, helps marketers reach young people through guaranteed placement on TV, radio and print publications.
It broadcasts to more than 720 college campuses, with an enrollment of five million students on mtvU (formerly the College Television Network). These campuses include messaging in
dining areas, fitness centers, student lounges and dorm rooms.

The program also reaches nearly a half million 18- to 24-year-olds listening to 155 "Hot Mix" stations. Campus Notes is also appearing in the top five college newspapers
including The Minnesota Daily at the University of Minnesota and The Daily Texan at the University of Texas.
