New York City, NY (December 4, 2014) – PR News is excited to announce its first-ever list of Top Women in PR, saluting the creativity and accomplishments of our female colleagues, sometimes against the glass ceiling, other times against the grain. Honorees will be celebrated during an Awards Luncheon on January 28, 2015 from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. at the Grand Hyatt in New York City.

PR News' Top Women in PR list is comprised of the most influential women, the ones driving the agenda for the industry and in their companies—women who have made bold advances in managing crises, developing brand messages, protecting and building brand reputations and creating content for digital platforms, for their own organizations or for clients. Honorees include such luminaries as The Horn Group's Sabrina Horn, Time Warner Cable's Susan Leepson, Affect PR's Sandra Fathi, Kathleen Henson of Henson Consulting, Inc., Porter Novelli's Tina Beaty and Anastasia Khoo of the Human Rights Campaign.

"This year's honorees are taking communications to new, exciting levels and with their efforts proving the tremendous power of Public Relations," said Diane Schwartz, senior vice president of PR News.
