MSLGROUP North America wanted to ensure that its employees continued to grow and develop in their careers and strengthen their connection to the company and colleagues across the country. To that end, MSLGROUP created The Agency Enrichment Program. Using technology like Web-conferencing, video, live audience polling and open-ended discussion through a chat feature, MSLGROUP was able to host participants across 10 network offices throughout North America.
Through eight one-hour webinar sessions, MSLGROUP worked to unite agency-wide millennial talent in an online medium—across geographies, technology, platforms and office cultures. These sessions included group discussions and exercises, fostering collaboration and communication between coworkers.
MSLGROUP implemented a testing process to ensure that participants were getting the most out of these educational sessions. After passing the exams, employees were celebrated in-person at each office, with a certificate awarded to the 56 graduates of 2012.
A program evaluation was also used to gauge the reaction of participants. After receiving much positive responses and improvement results from employees, MSLGROUP is running its Agency Enrichment Program again in 2013. Through its continued efforts, MSLGROUP North America will continue to invest in its staff to strengthen the company from its core.
