SAP, the world's leading provider of business software, published its first sustainability report in 2008 as a way of providing a better understanding of the company's vision and goals to employees and stakeholders. The release generated immense interest from the Internet community; 7,344 Twitter feeds were clocked in the first 48 hours and more than 16 articles covering the report were posted in the first four days. To create a dialogue rather than a standalone statement, SAP used Web 2.0 tools so that stakeholders could discuss the top sustainability issues.
Johnson & Johnson "People, Partners, Passion"
Johnson & Johnson published a Worldwide Contributions Program Annual Report to highlight their philanthropic endeavors throughout 2007. The publication combined stories and images from programs throughout the world. In total, Johnson & Johnson contributed $509.9 million in cash and products to hundreds of programs in more than 50 countries.
Toronto Hydro Corporation
Social commitment, environmental responsibility and economic accountability were the sections covered in Toronto Hydro Corporation's first Corporate Responsibility Report. The report covered all three of the corporation's wholly owned affiliates: Toronto Hydro-Electric System Limited, Toronto Hydro Energy Services Inc., and Toronto Hydro Telecom Inc. With a total combined work-force of 1,720 people, 2007 total revenues reached $2.39 billion.

Arçelik A.S. lists its mission to become one of the top 10 world brands in the appliance market by 2010. The report highlights its 2007 achievements in terms of sustainable growth, strong global brands, strategic partnerships and acquisitions, and investments and new markets.
