By translating HRC’s most popular shirt, “Love Conquers Hate” into Russian and partnering with top tier celebrities like Mark Ruffalo and Matt Damon, who posted selfies on Instagram in the shirt, the campaign raised a substantial sum for LGBT Russian groups and helped amplify the issue during a busy media moment.
