Betsy Helgager, former founder and VP/GM of Ketchum's African-American Markets Group, launches BLH Consulting. Helgager will serve as an independent communications consultant,
specializing in reaching the African-American consumer and developing communications programs for diverse audiences. While at Ketchum, Helgager was founder of Ketchum Boot Camp, a
two-day training program for PR students and historically black colleges and universities.
