The Satisfaction Factor

In other personnel news, a recent survey by the PRSA Counselor's
Academy backs up what most HR surveys have revealed -- that
personal job satisfaction and not pay, is key to retaining
employees. Seventy-three percent of PR firm owners and senior PR
execs surveyed said personal satisfaction is the top factor in
holding on to key staffers, while only 12 percent agreed that money
