Susan Emerick is manager of enterprise social strategy & programs at IBM and author of “The Most Powerful Brand on Earth: How to Transform Teams, Empower Employees, Integrate Partners and Mobilize Customers to Beat the Competition in Digital and Social Media” (Prentice Hall; 2013). A passionate marketer, adjunct professor and speaker, Susan enjoys navigating the redefinition of marketing “as we know it” as a result of emerging technology & big data. Susan established the IBM Select Program, an employee advocacy initiative designed to enable IBMers to effectively build reputation & influence in support of IBM’s business imperatives.

Susan is an active member of WOMMA serving on the Research and Measurement Council. She helped to author the WOMMA Influencer Handbook, released in May 2013. She also serves on the advisory boards of Social Media Today and MarketingProfs.
