Mid-Course Budget Check: Resource Adjustments Are Fruitful

It’s that time of year, at least for a number of PR execs, to take a look at where your organization’s budget stands. With revenues still being affected by the economic slump, top leadership is, most likely, perusing budgets line by line. So it’s important for PR executives to take a midyear budget/resources gut check, and figure what is working, what’s not, and where to better position dollars and people for the rest of the year.
