Seeking the PR Pro of the Year


This December, PR NEWS will honor a PR Professional of the Year. We're seeking your nominations for seasoned PR practitioners who embody the best of communications - whose creativity, dedication, active leadership and positive influence stand out among his or her peers. We're looking for the person whose recent achievements - not necessarily lifetime achievements - are exemplary and influential. The PR Professional of the Year must have at least 10 years' tenure in communications. The 2002 PR Professional of the Year will join the more than 50 top professionals honored by PR NEWS over the past half-century. The winner will be profiled in a special issue of PR NEWS in December. To include with your nomination: Attach a brief synopsis, describing the nominee's achievements and explaining why we should honor him or her as PR Pro of the Year (please include biographic info on the nominee, if possible) Include at least three concrete examples of the nominee's accomplishments over the past year, such as specific campaigns implemented or goals achieved, or examples of team leadership or dedication to client service Any supporting materials you deem necessary The basis for selection will be determined in large part from the information submitted on the application form. Please be concise, factual and supportive of your nomination. Any corporation, nonprofit, association or PR firm - regardless of geographic location - is eligible.
