Boo. With luck, this week's relaunch of the fashion portal Boo.com won't be as scary as its first go-round. (After four postponements, the site crawled into existence
in November 1999, but by May 2000 was pronounced dead when its founders declared bankruptcy.) New owner FashionMall.com now plans to breathe life back into the URL via content
partnerships with fashion and style books such as Nylon and FashionWear Daily, the music magazine Revolution, and the New York art magazine Smock, among others. The site's
community feel stems from chat rooms, message boards and rotating reviews of hand-picked fashion staples and accessories (categories include "walk, wear, adorn, care, give and
play"). Watch for original fashion and style content too, courtesy of at-large "style scouts" who will be on the lookout for cool costumes - er, cool outfits that is - around the
