Youyoung Lee is director of editorial insights at Hearst Magazines Digital Media, where she works across the company’s 18 brands analyzing data and social media to understand content distribution, monitor performance and optimize editorial content. Previously she was senior editor of development and strategy at The Huffington Post and the managing editor of a mobile app startup in Berlin. A former editor (and writer by heart), she has written for The Huffington Post, Entertainment Weekly, Allure, Nylon, Elle and the New York Times Style Magazine and was a 2011 Tow-Knight Fellow at CUNY’s Graduate School of Entrepreneurial Journalism.
