Social and Content Strategy
Jennifer Burnham is director of social and content strategy at Salesforce.com, managing the editorial strategy for Salesforce.com’s blogs and social channel postings, including LinkedIn. Her role is to develop strategies that drive engagement among the Salesforce.com brand, its customers and prospects to build relationships and increase the brand’s overall share of conversation.
Before joining Salesforce.com, Jennifer led the integration of social media into Adobe’s Creative Suite go-to-market strategies, and at Apple she was a content producer on the iLife suite (iTunes and iPhoto). Jennifer has over 14 years of experience working with world-class high tech brands on communication strategies leveraging new platforms.
